When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), delivery address, and payment method. If you choose to share your live location at checkout, we also collect your GPS coordinates to help our delivery team reach you accurately.
Sharing your live location at checkout is optional but recommended for accurate delivery. This location is used only to guide our delivery agent to your address and to power the live order-tracking map. Your location data is linked to your specific order only and is not used for any other purpose.
Similarly, once your order is "Out for Delivery", our delivery agent's live location is shared with you (the customer) on the order-tracking page so you can see how far away your delivery is and get an estimated arrival time. This location sharing automatically stops once the order is marked delivered.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Your delivery address and contact number are shared only with our own delivery team for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Your order and contact information is stored securely in our database and retained for as long as needed for order history, accounting, and customer support purposes.
We use basic browser sessions to remember items in your shopping cart while you browse. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
Sharing your live location at checkout is always optional — you can decline and still place your order using your typed address. You may also contact us to request details of the information we hold about you.
